Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Dear Friend Lawyers,

I'm a pro se plaintiff who is going up against a Fortune 500 online travel company. I was left stranded at the airport at 4 am because of their goof and they never issued me an apology.

I sued in my home state and the U.S. District judge transferred the case to the home state of the Defendant travel company.

My question is the case has been dormant since late-November and it's now March. Is there any motion that I can bring to make the judge do a status conference or move the case forward???

The travel company hired a top law firm and they ignore all my calls into them.

Please help! Thanks so much!

I guess I am trying to figure out how you get subject matter jurisdiction for lack of an apology. You are the plaintiff, you are to prosecute the case. I'm surprised they have not brought a 12b motion to dismiss. The responsibility is on you to know the rules and the procedures it is really hard to tell you what to do because we really don't know what has really happened on the case...Personally you are in way over your head.
