Legal Question
Dog Breeder in New York stole my money
Long story but we pre paid for a puppy then when we researched the breeder further asked for our money back. There was NO puppy yet and I have been told no puppy was ever born. They said they would return our money- I have that in an email but they never have. We sent our check by mail in feb of o6. We live in California
