Where can I find an attorney who will take an FDCPA lawsuit against a debt collector on contingency?

Depending on the FDCPA violation you may be able to get an attroney to proceed on a contingency fee basis.

Unless you have substantial actual damages, these cases are generally handled on an hourly basis. You may find someone who will handle it with a small retainer and then bill hourly. When the case is settled, he or she will be paid. But it is rare to find someone handling these on a straight contingency basis.
