Legal Question

What legal recourse do I have?

What is my legal recourse regarding an advertisement regarding an item at a certain price, when called, the merchant claimed typographical error. Is there any recourse available against the merchant, or against the periodical in which the advertising appears? Am I able to obtain the item for the advertised price?
