I'm paying a car that my exboyfriend got for me to pay until is payoff I have everything contract payment receipt the truck key and now he wants it back is there something I am can do he hasent work since 2011 do to a accident I'm the one paying every month on time never late

If the car has a Pink Slip with your name on it, the car is yours and will be treated as a "gift". Your boyfriend could argue it was NOT a gift if the car is extremely valuable in some cases but in my opinion and with the limited information in your question, so long as your name is ON the Pink Slip and you have made payments that can be traced back to you, the car is yours.

If your boyfriend decided to take you to court, his only chances of receiving anything is whatever he paid. Again, however, it will probably be deemed a "gift" if your name is on the Pink Slip and not extraordinarily a high monetary amount.
