Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

need a true lemon law attorney
my story is much to long by now to even go into on this site..........i have work order from my car over heating and being non-operational since sept 2003
i get the run around and i still am under factory warranty car was bought new and paid in full.......now i'm being neglected and spun around .......they allowed the car to go soo long with this problem it won't start and they say i am basically stuck with a non working car ..... that happens to be still under warranty and the problem is not my fault .
