my 19 year old daughter was in a car accident and was injured badly the driver of the car didn't have insurance to pay her medical bills now they are trying to get my insurance company to pay the bills but she's never been on my insurance policies what do I do

First of all, I hope your daughter is going to okay.

Was your daughter the passenger in a friends car? Does your daughter have auto insurance of her own? Did she have medical payments coverage? Does the driver have any insurance at all?

Who is trying to get your insurance company to pay the bills? The hospital or doctor? How much is her medical bills?

Obviously, there are a lot of questions that need to be answered before an attorney can give your daughter advise on what to do.
