in california my drivers license was suspended due to a court judgement from a car accident appx 12 yrs ago will that judgement ever expire allowing my drivers license to be reinstated

California judgments due expire, but they are renewable as well. You should consider contacting a bankruptcy attorney. I recently filed a bankruptcy case for a client and got the license reinstated within 72 hours of filing the case.
