Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I keep on getting a call telling me that i will be arrested bec of the debt such as irs,payday loan etc and if i will not answer them. They will arrest me in my work or home is that legal

The IRS does not call taxpayers and threaten arrest.

What you are experiencing is most likely a SCAM.
