can somebody charge me fee for parking cars on his property if he didnt say so at the begining

If you had been parking on someone else's property for a month before they said anything, it would be hard for them to collect past fees from you. But now that you know about their intent to charges, I don't see any problem with them charging you for future parking privileges.
