Collecting a personal Loan
I made a personal loan for a considerable amount to my friend. The ONLY proof I have is a copy of the check I wrote to him. In the memo line of the check, I had written ''Loan to friend's name''.
Now my friend refuses to give me my money back. Is there any way I can get him to pay back my money?
