Can a debt collector take money from employers bank account to satisfy debt?

I assume you mean can a debt collector take money from the debtor's employer's account. The answer is "no," not directly. Once they have a judgment, however, they can levy on the debtor's employer's payroll requiring the employer to pay up to 50% of each of the employee's paychecks to the debt collector.
