You need to file an answer. It may not be a form. You will also need to file FW001 because you are low income and would need the filing fees waived. Generally I would tell you need an attorney. .. Some of these types of cases are difficult to defend if you owe them money. Occasionally and based on the circumstances my firm will do some pro bono work or limited pro bono work.
