How can you fight judgment obtained re Gambling Debts in California 2004, where as Appeals court has ruled against it in california.

Most gambling debts are legally unenforceable, if you defend the lawsuit. In all probability that means you are either talking about a default judgment, or a sister-state California judgment based on a Nevada judgment based on unpaid casino markers which are legally collectible under Nevada law.
