Can a judgment creditor levy on a Paypal Account with money in it and used as a debit card? If so, how? Thanks

It is theoretically possible to levy a PayPal account. The judgment would need to know that you have a Paypal account and would to serve Paypal in California. I believe Paypal has office in San Jose, CA, so the judgment creditor could give the Sheriff for San Jose County a writ of execution and instructions to serve Paypal with the levy.
