This depends on how much work is involved and the lawyer's hourly rate. If the matter is simple, it should take no more than hour's worth of time. You will need to shop this around and ask, as prices will likely vary greatly, depending on the attorney's experience level, location, and need for work.

Most likely it would cost more than the letter would be worth unless you are prepared to back it up with litigation and you have a solid case.
