Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Receiving letters from company claiming we owe them money. We do't have an account with this company, which I told them on the phone, yet they still send demand letter each month since July. What do I do?

Send a demand letter (certified, return receipt) formally disputing the charges, and requesting all of the underlying paperwork, including the agreement setting up the account, any documents with "your" signature, and all monthly statements. You must dispute the charges in writing.
