Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Hello, I won a small claims against of Mortgage Broker who took 3600 of my money for a modifcation. He filed chaptor 7 and both companys he owned are no longer in business. He has not paid me...Its been a couple of years and now he owns a new mortgage company. How can I get my money?

If your debt was included in the Chapter 7 bankrupty and you did not file an adversary proceeding, the debt has been discharged and you cannot collect at this time.
