Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I have a 2nd DUI (midemeanor) and felony evade. My attorney was able to get me a wobbler for the felony in which after 1 yr and a half if my 177 days of house arrest and fines/fees were paid off I would be able to petition for 17(b). After speaking with my probation officer, she had me send over my monthly expenses to review and give to the judge her opinion. She said I could afford it and will be letting the judge know that. Is the judge going to listen to her? I have done everything by the book with no problems and this is the last step. Please let me know your honest opinion what the judge will do to me that day. thank you

What side of the bed will the judge get up on? The point is the neither I nor anyone else knows what the judge is going to do. Your attorney who knows the judge may be able to make a guess but it is only a guess. You'll just have to wait to find out.
