You'll get whatever sentence the court orders in accordance with the law regarding your offense, and in accordance with the probation order that was your 'deal'. If you don't understand what's going on, nor what to do, hire an attorney that does, because, yes, you probably face jail/prison time. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me.

Re: can i really get 3 yrs?

I can't figure out from the question whether the case is over, and you lost, or all of this bad stuff hasn't happened yet. If you already had a trial, and you were convicted, and what you cut off was your ankle bracelet, guess what?

Re: can i really get 3 yrs?

From the facts you laid out, you, most likely, will receive some time in custody, I can't say exactly how much, unless you have a real good reason for cutting off the ankle bracelet. You need a good lawyer to argue for you. David Wallin

While you might not get the three year maximum, consider county jail time as most likely. State prison term of less than three years is also a possibility. Get a good lawyer.
