what if someone is being accused of "molesting" when they were 14 and he is now 23. we have a young girl who is claiming my son grabbed her hand and had her touch his penis-should he seek legal help for this

The age of the alleged victim matters more than that of the accused. If there's a statute of limitations issue, her age determines when the clock started ticking and not his.
