What happens if an I & b gets issued but am arrest is never made?

what is an "I & b"? please post again without abbreviations ... it might mean something to other attorneys, but it doesn't to me. Please post your question in full words.

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one who does not know what an I & b is. The truth of the matter is that abbreviations and names change from county to county. For example a PV (probation violation) is a MTR (Motion to Revoke) in other counties and there are numerous other examples.
