Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Okay well I had my brother arrested for some charges and they drooped them and they keeped harassing him and his girlfriend family trying to see if they had information and basically harrasing us and I don't know if they can do this or what

It depends on what you mean harassment. The police can investigate as much as they want. You are going to have to be more specific about what you call harassment.
