I do not understand your question. You should review your information and resubmit. Aggregate refers to the total sentence when a person is sentenced of 2 or more counts.

I had the same confusion. The question as phrased does not make sense to me. But "aggregate" and "consecutive" generally refer to sentencing and "consecutive" is as opposed to "concurrent."

What you would prefer is "concurrent" (sentences on multiple charges are running parallel, not consecutively) but that may or may not be possible in any given case. Since you are using those words, it sounds as if your brother has already been sentenced and all decisions have been made. Your brother's attorney is the person to clarify what is going on in his case. Good luck!
