Burglary tools

Burglary tools were found in my mothers house we also have renters /my father had a lot of junk before my parents divorce can the cops pin this on me?

That would depend on where the tools were found. If they were in the garage under a stack of stuff ten years old belonging to your father, (and especially if he had a burglary history), then I think you have a good chance of winning this case. If they were found in your dresser under your tighty whiteys, then that would be much tougher.
