Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I had a case in which statue of limitation for them to file has expired. They took $3mil and all of my paperwork. I have IRS and State judgments based on the money that was given but then taken . What are my options.

Your question is confusing. If you have valid court ordered judgments against someone, you could try to enforce them against any assets you find belonging to the judgment debtors. You could hire investigators to try to locate assets, and then hire attorneys to try to seize them. Other than that, you would have to explain what your issues and facts are before anyone could tell you any 'options' available to you.
