I was charged with paraphinilia for having a marijuana pipe now I must take drug classes can I still get my mmj while in those classes? I am not on probation

If you plead guilty to paraphernalia for a marijuana pipe, you got a horrible deal. Marijuana pipes are not illegal. Talk to your lawyer. If you didn't have one, get one toget and undo this.
