I would have to know more details. Have you been charged with conspiracy plus the assault? Aggravated assault? Solicitation only? How many counts, priors, etc. If you have been assigned a public defender, s/he can provide a very accurate range, plus advise you of any potential additional charges which might increase it further. If you've already decided to throw in the towel and all you want to know is how much time you're going to get, go ask a public defender. The answer will depend on many factors, for example was anyone hurt, what weapons were used, and what is your prior criminal history.
