I was not cited or arrested but seen on camera shoplifting so they came to my house after the fact. report sent to da. i am on probation in another county but they didnt see it. what is going to happen

It is more likely that the DA's office will see you were already on probation and consider the new offense a violation of your probationary terms. I had a client who had 4 prior probation violations, Each time I was her attorney. The DA will demand jail time particularly because it appears the new violation is a felony (You mentioned DA occurs when the stolen merchandise was valued at or around $900).
