if it was granted, it will automatically be sent to the governor's office for review as to a Pardon.

If it was denied; then send it, and any other required inormation/documents, to the governor's office yourself.

Most counties have pardon packets [follow the directions therein] available at the main criminal clerk's office at the courthouse.
