Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was convicted of a DUI in San Luis Obispo county CA in May of 2011. I have served more than half of my informal probation, paid off all my fines, and attended all of my required classes. I understand that I need to petition under penal code 1203.3 to have my probation terminated early, and can file CR180 and CR181 under penal code 1203.4 to have my case expunged. I've attained and filled out CR180 and CR181, but am having trouble finding any forms related to PC 1203.3. I have a court date in about two weeks, what should I take with me, and what should I have filed/sent before my case is heard?

You need to file a formal motion. This also needs to be done timely with the local rules of court. I suggest hiring an attorney to do this properly.
