Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was convicted for Felony charge for insurance fraud. I was never asked to serve any jail time but I am under probation for three years. I have completed one year of my sentence. Can I apply for Felony modification and have the charges dropped to misdemeanor.

Sounds like you should be able to apply for expungement and retroactive dismissal of the felony, as long as you were not sentenced to any prison time and have completed all other terms of your probation.. If serious about doing so, feel free to call me at 714-960-7584
