drop charges on your recard

yes i know there is a way to have the charges of rape not be on your recard any more i think they call at exspungs or something like that i know the other guys inveloved in the same case had it done i just need to know about how to go about this matter

You can expunge if you received a probationary sentence without going to state prison. You can seal the record if you were a minor when the offense was committed.

Thank you for your inquiry.

If you are located in Nevada you would have to file a Petition to Seal your criminal conviction. Your ability to do so would be dependent on the actual crime you were convicted of earlier.
