my friend has a GTA in TX and a felony warrant issued in CA while he was in TX jail due to missing a prop 36 class. how long does CA have to pick him up if I post bail in TX

Felony warrants in California don't have an expiration limit. If you bail him out and help him hide from California law enforcement, then you may also be charged with committing a crime.
