Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My husband was falsely accused by his ex-girlfriend. The case is over & my husband is in prison. Is it possible to make her undergo a deposition so we can ask her question? My husband took a plea deal so he was unable to speak on his own behalf.

It's over. He plead guilty. There is no way to force her to talk.
