how long do they have to file on a juvinele case, it happened at school and my son pushed a kid and he fell and had to get like 3 stiches, this happened in may of 21011 and a detective is just now calling me, he wants to come out to the house and site him tomorrow morning

One year if it's a misdemeanor. If it's a felony it can be from three years and up depending on the felony. Make sure your son doesn't make any statements unless he's consulted with an attorney first.

I agree with Ms Condes. Not only should your son not talk to the detective but you should not talk about the incident or anything your son told you about the incident either.
