Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

i am a minor and i got locked up. i was out on home supervision. i left to mexico because i didnt have a place to stay in california. im wonderin wat will happen if i go back and turm myself in or if i go bak when im an adult.

IF you violated probation or failed to come to court when scheduled, and thus have an arrest warrant out for you, then if you come in contact with any US law enforcement or ICE, you would likely be taken away in cuffs to jail and then to the court. If you were able to avoid that, and get to court voluntarily to turn yourself in, the court would go much easier on you. Your attorney might be able to get the case back on track, and negotiate some fine or other penalty for your violation. The worst that could happen is you would have to deal with the original charges and whatever plea bargaining or sentencing terms there were. Contact a lawyer local to that court and get help.
