what is the difference between 1st degree murder, and 2nd degree murder and 3rd.....

There is no 3d degree murder. But the differences between 1st and 2d degree murder can be enormous, or they can be very minor. The question is so broad, and the laws on the subject so vast, that any attempt to engage in a discourse on the difference would be a waste of time.
