Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was on parole and got off 2 years early, I have no violent crimes. My arrests were under the influence, Drug possession, and Receiving stolen property. Im no longer on Parole and want to know what I need to do to get my rights back?

What "rights" are you talking about?

Unlike some states, convicted felons in California can vote, as long as they are not in prison or on parole.

If you are taking about gun rights, you're probably out of luck. Some felonies can be reduced to misdemeanors -- but not if the defendant was sentenced to prison. You could apply for a pardon, but California governors have only granted three pardons in the past eleven years, all to people with drug convictions that are decades old, and who had lived exemplary lives ever since.

There is one attorney on LawGuru who claims to be able to file a "special motion" to restore your firearm rights. There is no legal authority for it, so even if you found a judge who was senile or clueless enough to grant such a motion, it would not be legally valid.
