Probation holds and violations.....

My boyfriend was arrested for 11550 about a week ago, hes on felony probation so when his court date came they had him on a no complaint calander and that was on monday its no wednesday hes still in custody and no charges have been filed. I have tried to contact the probation officer and she is a very difficult woman to get a hold of, and I have hired a attorney but it doesn't seem as though he is doing much to help so my boyfriend remains in jail with a probation hold and no vop court hearing scheduled do you have any suggestions for me?

Hi, Your question is somewhat vague. It really does not contain enough facts to give any type of accurate answer. You stated your boyfriend was arrested on 11550 which is: Use of controlled substance; drug rehabilitation program; possession; punishment. However which section or sections. Was a firearm involved? What is the felony probation about? his arrest constitutes a violation of his probation and depending on the terms of his probation the originally sentence may have been imposed. You need to talk to an attorney. If you can not afford one a public defender will be appointed. Good luck
