Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I have recently been arrested by the do on casino land my charges are 11378 hs 11379 (a) hs they never read me my rights and never showed me my warrant for arrest and told me the arrest was for something that happened four months earlier my bail was only ten thousand I need advice.

My best advice to you is to get yourself a criminal defense attorney as soon as possible. If you cannot afford one you should ask the court to appoint you one.
