remanded for 1 case, violated a new case

I was remanded for 1 case in 2005, and placed on informal probation for posession of paraphenelia and grand theft, I am still on probation! I got a ticket for driving without a license and placed on probation agian and ordered to pay a fine, which I did not pay, now I have a warrent for the 2nd case, will they retry my 1st case which now has remanded as the status, and place me in custody for violating both probations?

Your first case won't be "retried" but the court could order that probation be revoked, meaning you will spend time in jail.

I would retain an attorney to go in and help you with this. I wouldn't go in and plead for mercy.
