Can you request a diffrent Da if you feel like they are not fighting for the young Female victims ?

You can discuss the matter with the District Attorney. The court has no power to determine which deputy district attorney is appointed in a particular case.

I agree with Mr. Johnson. But I'd also like to know your role in the case. Are you one of the victims? Are you a victim's relative? Are you a member of the public who's simply interested in the case? If you're not closely tied to the case, the D.A.'s office may not be all that interested in discussing it with you. And whatever your connection, you should not expect to get the deputy D.A. reassigned unless -- maybe -- you have a *very* good reason.
