What are my rights regarding my husbands probation officers visits to home and searching property and then demanding entrance to locked bedrooms. Can I refuse them entrance to home? Can I ask for search warrant

That's the downside of being weird someone under court supervision. While only his property is subject to search, the probation officer does not have to accept a blanket denial that he has access to particular areas. They can search any areas reasonably under his control.

And his probation status and search waiver means they do not have to get a warrant and you can't demand one.

My sincere apologies - another attorney reached out to me to point out a horrible mistake in my answer. It says "being weird". That is absolutely NOT what I meant to post. I was using dictation on my phone to post the answer and it interpreted "with" as "weird. My sentence should have read "That's the downside of being with someone under court supervision."

My apologies.
