Re: Trial Briefs

In criminal matters, there is no obligation to prepare or turn over any trial briefs. Parties are obligated to disclose their witnesses or any other evidence they intend to present at trial 30 days in advance or at the time ordered by the judge. No requirement for any trial briefs.
