is it harrassment if I am threatened with violence by another employee

You might consider reporting such threats to HR and they may go to court on your behalf and seek a restraining order and/or recommend the aggressor's termination.

Harassment is just a label - what actually happened is more important than the label. Your employer has an obligation to maintain a workplace free of violence and threats of violence. If the employer fails to address the issue after your complaint you should speak to an employment lawyer to discuss how to deal with the co-worker's conduct.
