Legal Question in DUI Law in California

Hi, I am 19 and on December 5, 2013 I got a DUI and on December 31, 2013 got a serious felony DUI, felony hit and run, felony assault with a deadly weapon, felony vandalism, and resisting arrest. I was released because the DA decided not to press charges. On February 11, 2014 I got drunk in public and resisting arrest. On February 24, 2014 I got drunk in public. Because of these recent charges what is the likelihood that the DA will press the chargers from December 31? I have been in an outpatient treatment center. What jail time and fines may I be facing? And will they drop the charges if I go to rehab?

I've done these cases for over 26 years and my advice to you is to get an experienced law firm. As a Former Deputy District Attorney and a Certified Criminal Law Specialist, I've handled about 500 or more of your type of case. If we could get your case to the right DA and you start going to rehab, we might be able to keep you out of jail. I'm not saying it will be easy, but it is doable. Find a lawyer you trust will fight for you and has the experience you need. I wish you well......David
