Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I just got a 2nd DUI in az. They fined me 8k and 5 months of jail. If I leave to Thailand then decide to come back What is the punishment I would then receive?

Whatever the DA, judge and your attorney can work out as a plea bargain on the re-sentencing on the DUI, the new Probation Violation and Failure To Appear misdemeanor, and the new 'flight to avoid prosecution' misdemeanor you face. Ask an AZ attorney.
