Legal Question in DUI Law in California

DUI Case - Individual appealed his administrative hearing (because being a diabetic) but failed to serve the Dept. of Revenue. Individual got a new attorney and he actually failed to serve the Dept of Revenue on the appeal. The judge said that he would consider the appeal for a hearing only if the individual could find a case where the court allowed an appeal eventhough they had forgotten to serve the summons on the Dept. of Revenue.

Is this the Department of Inland Revenue? :-)

What are you talking about?

The administrative hearing is with the DMV.

California has no Department of Revenue, although England does.

Maybe it was an English car?

Or English beer?
