Legal Question in DUI Law in California

My friend had a party last weekend. No one got hurt, there was no drunk driving, and the party didn't get busted. If she gets questioned by law enforcement (in California) and admits that there was underage drinking, can she get in trouble?

Your friend does not have, and should not talk to the police. If the police approach her all she has to do is say "I do not want to talk to you." They cannot force her to talk.
